Why Take This Course:  This course will provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to safely and comfortably perform basic search and recovery dives for small objects. This course consists of one academic review session, one pool session, and two open water sessions. 

Requirements: Open water diver certification and a total dive system.  All students must be at least 12 years old. Please keep in mind there is additional gear that is required for conducting search and rescue (lines, weights, buoys and lift bags), but we do not require you to have this gear for the check out dives as it is situation specific to you. We will go over those details in class, and can help recommend gear to you. 

Included: Online academics, course tuition, a personal certification card, and pool fees (if necessary).

Not Included: Open water dive entry/charter fees, rental scuba equipment (regulator set, BCD, wetsuit, cylinders), snorkel gear (mask, fins, snorkel, booties), or gratuities.
