Why Take This Course: Many exciting dive sites are located in deeper water. Without proper training, this kind of diving puts you at risk. The SSI Deep Diving Specialty will give you the ability to safely and comfortably plan and conduct dives up to 130 feet. This course consists of one in-person classroom session, one optional pool dive (based on the instructor's discretion), and 3 open water deep dives (location varies).

 

Requirements: Open water diver certification, surface marker buoy, 15ft finger reel. All students must be at least 15 years old. Enriched Air Nitrox is highly recommended before taking this course. 

 

Included: Online academics, course tuition, a personal certification card, and pool fees (if necessary).

Not Included: Open water dive entry/charter fees, rental scuba equipment (regulator set, BCD, wetsuit, cylinders), snorkel gear (mask, fins, snorkel, booties), or gratuities.
