Ally Steiner
Open Water Diver
Ally grew up on the water with her family, always on the boat or underwater. She credits her dad for her love of diving, spearfishing, and the ocean. She takes after him in many ways, but he sparked her interests and passions for anything aquatic. Ally got her Open Water certification in 2018 at Devil’s Den and Blue Grotto. She remembers her check-out dives, in the “freezing” waters of Devil’s Den, feeling like she was flying and loving the new experience! Since then, diving and spearfishing have been significant parts of her life as her family competes yearly in the St. Pete Open. Above sea level, Ally competes in horseback riding and enjoys playing and spectating every sport, as she grew up playing soccer. She graduated high school Summa Cum Laude and is attending FSU in the Fall! Go Noles!
