       Born and raised in sunny Florida, Andrew first got a taste of scuba diving in 2015. Currently, Andrew is working on his bachelor's degree in Biology at the University of South Florida St Petersburg. In 2017 Andrew traveled to Bonaire as part of a two-week course, which sparked his passion for the diving community as he studied reef restoration and tropical ecology. "Seeing those pristine reefs made me want to have a career in diving and marine biology." After the trip, Andrew began looking into part-time jobs in the diving industry, eventually leading him to Heroes Dive Center. In the summer of 2018, Andrew joined the Heroes Dive Center staff and quickly worked his way up to SSI Advanced Open Water Instructor. If you're interested in starting your dive training, Andrew is always eager to share his knowledge and love of the sport.
